Like Karen, Michael has a wealth of business and HR experience, having led organisations both as an HR and business leader, through periods of significant change and growth, developing their services and delivering improved business performance through their people.

He has held HR leadership roles with Sir Robert McAlpine, Tetra Tech (formerly WYG), Scottish Enterprise and Student Loans Company. Michael also led the consultancy division of TMP Worldwide where he delivered HR services to major public and private sector clients.

Michael lives in London and has a passionate interest in the arts and is a proud life long David Bowie fan. He is also an active volunteer in his local community.
