Experience tells us that no two businesses are the same. If that's true, then the solution and approach that is required will be totally dependent upon the client, the challenges faced and its culture.
Dialogue
We don't have the answer. You do. Our job is to open up a discussion with you and your team about your challenge. Getting this right is critical and we do not move forward until you are confident that we are on the right track.
Diagnosis
We need to dig deep to truly understand the nature of the challenge, examining evidence and engaging with people which, in some cases may involve stakeholders and customers. We need to get to a place where the options are clear and you understand the pros and cons of each. Only then, do we proceed.
Delivery
We do not subscribe to delivery being the job of the consultant. This is a collaborative process through which knowledge transfer happens and we start building capability within your business. This is different with every client and our job is to adapt implementation to what you need and where you want to go.
Measure
Critically, we need to judge if what we have done has had the desired impact and if not why not?
We will have agreed outcomes at the beginning of the process and once we are both confident that these have been delivered, we leave, but are always available for further support as required.
You need to have confidence that this intervention is for a defined period and purpose.
