Our team

Karen is an experienced business and HR leader with over 30 years’ experience across multiple sectors at Board level with companies including Sir Robert McAlpine, Tetra Tech (formerly WYG), AMEC, Hibu (formerly Yellow Pages) and ASDA.

She has led and successfully implemented major business change programmes focussed on creating long term sustainable value through engagement and empowerment of employees and teams. Deploying teams in some unusual, diverse and hazardous locations across the globe, she has gained invaluable experience in ensuring their safety and security in such locations as Afghanistan, Libya, Somalia and Nigeria, whilst ensuring project delivery for the client.

Outside work Karen is focused on helping people who have been disadvantaged in life and volunteers in London Soho supporting the homeless. Until recently she was the co-owner of football club Halesowen Town FC and actively supports an orphanage/school as it develops in Uganda. She has recently been appointed to the Board of The Amateur FA, giving her the opportunity to develop grass roots football in our local communities.
